Spotlight on: Customer Service Award
THE DCN Customer Service Award recognises the standard of customer service offered by individual shipping lines or their agents through the eyes of their customers.
The customer service category is unique at the DCN Australian Shipping and Maritime Industry Awards because it judged through an online survey.
To win this award a business must excel in providing the highest level of customer experience via their involvement in communications, problem solving and innovation.
TS Lines took out the Customer Service Award in 2022. TS Lines runs services connecting China and Taiwan with Australia and New Zealand.
Customer Service Award sponsor DP World congratulated TS Lines for its exemplary customer service in the supply chain.
It extended its praise to the winner of the 2023 awards, to be revealed at the awards night on 15 November.
