This award recognises an outstanding individual under the age of 30 who has made a significant contribution to the Australian maritime, logistics or transport industry during the past 12 months.

Open to individuals working in any sector of the industry, including trainees and apprentices, the award celebrates emerging professionals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, initiative, dedication or achievement early in their careers.
